We have owned this property since 1971, and built the existing home on the property in 1974. It has always been our desire and intention to move to Whistler on a much more permanent basis as we approached "semi retirement", and to eventually live here on a full time basis once we were fully retired. We have always contemplated an addition and renovation to accomodate this full time arrangement, rather than the "ski cabin" configuration that we originally built and that has served us so well for the past 27 years.
